Believe it or not, we do not have a customer phone line. We are a very small company and are unable to dedicate someone to answering the phone. In addition, some of us work remotely or during non-traditional hours, which makes it difficult to be available by phone.
Truth be told, some customers just like to talk... a lot. I'm not saying that's you, but you know the type. And most of the time we are crazy busy and don't have time for that.
