If your product needs to be repaired, please contact us.

For non-warranty repairs, we charge a flat fee for most repairs, not including shipping. We will send you an invoice for the repair. Payment is requested in advance to expedite turnaround time. Once payment is completed, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

For warranty repairs, there is no charge for the repair.

International customers are responsible for shipping cost to our repair facility in the US. In this case, you will not be emailed a return shipping label.

Repairs may take a couple weeks, not including shipping time.
