For non-warranty repairs, we charge an hourly fee plus parts for most repairs, not including shipping. We will send you an invoice for the repair. Payment is requested in advance to expedite turnaround time.
For warranty repairs, there is no charge for the repair.
International customers are responsible for shipping costs to our repair facility in the US.
Repairs may take a couple weeks, not including shipping time.
